Discover the charm of the Alsatian village of Gerstheim, with its half-timbered houses and the view over the Rhine from the Belvedere. Just 15 minutes away, Strasbourg awaits you with its cathedral, La Petite France, and European institutions. In winter, the city glows with light during its famous Christmas market (from November 26 to December 24, 2025), one of the oldest in Europe. Its chalets, spicy scents, and sparkling decorations immerse young and old alike in a magical atmosphere.

Further south, don’t miss Colmar, its Little Venice, and the Unterlinden Museum, before making a stop in Eguisheim. This village, listed among the most beautiful in France, hosts from November 28 to December 30, 2025, a small, authentic Christmas market filled with the warm spirit of Alsace.

The region abounds in vineyards where you can taste Riesling, Gewurztraminer, or Crémant d’Alsace. Just 18 km away, the Gingerbread Museum in Gertwiller will delight gourmets.
