The campsite water park features 2 heated swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, a paddling pool and waterslide for young children, 2 waterslides for older children, and a Crazy Cone waterslide for adrenalin seekers!

 

Landes is a region where you can enjoy and discover a whole host of activities: fishing, cycling, mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, horseriding and hiking, not forgetting ocean watersports such as swimming, surfing, bodyboarding and kitesurfing!

Visit Tosse and the Tyrossais area, and discover the traditions and famous towns of Landes and the neighbouring Basque region, such as Dax, Bayonne (just 25km away) and Soustons (8km) with their August festivities, and the many surfing spots of Hossegor (11km), not forgetting the towns of Seignosse, Hendaye, Biarritz and Anglet! San Sebastian in Spain is just over an hour away from Tosse.

Between Hossegor and Soustons, just 10km from the beaches, the Clown Océan campsite proposes mobile home rentals in an unspoilt natural setting.

 

The campsite water park features 2 heated swimming pools, an indoor heated pool, a paddling pool and waterslide for young children, 2 waterslides for older children, and a Crazy Cone waterslide for adrenalin seekers!

 

Landes is a region where you can enjoy and discover a whole host of activities: fishing, cycling, mountain biking, stand-up paddleboarding, horseriding and hiking, not forgetting ocean watersports such as swimming, surfing, bodyboarding and kitesurfing!

People have different expectations when it comes to their holidays. Some prefer quiet holidays where they spend time with family and relax. Others prefer sports and a party atmosphere.

With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.

No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.

 

On this campsite the Fun Dose is red. This means there is a lot of entertainment provided!

From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:

-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children 4 days a week, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m. 

-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.

-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 entertainers, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!

-Entertainment on French campsites starts from the 8th July (in French). On Dutchbox campsites the French animation team includes 1 Dutch speaking entertainer.

In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2026.

Children under 6 will love the Vipère, a safe and exclusive slide, while toddlers under 3 will marvel in our colourful and playful paddling pool. Just a few kilometers away, the treasures of the Landes await you! 🏊 Dive into the vibrant atmosphere of Hossegor (9 km), renowned for its ideal surfing waves and charming typical buildings. Enjoy its fine sandy beaches for moments of relaxation. For a nature immersion, explore the magnificent wooden footbridge of the Étang Noir (6 km) or the wild beauty of the Courant d'Huchet Nature Reserve (29 km), a winding estuary in the heart of a vast pine forest, perfect for walks and observing flora and fauna. 🌿

Also discover the local heritage with the Soustons Arenas (7 km), an emblematic site hosting cultural events. In Capbreton (12 km), stroll along the iconic pier and admire the lighthouses guiding boats to the port, offering breathtaking ocean views. For older children, the Crazy Cone is a slide that ends in a funnel. It is a lot of fun. (Minimum length : 1m20)
A paddling pool complete with its own water slide, otherwise known as the snake, for children under the age of 6. Children can swim and slide in the safety of this attraction.

Ideal for children under 3 years of age, our colourful and playful paddling pool allows toddlers to experience the joys of swimming with their parents.

In need of a little 'you' time? Enjoy our hot tub for a few blissful moments. (Heated)

Please bring a swimsuit (brief or fitted boxer style). For hygiene reasons, long clothing is not allowed in the pools (shorts, underwear, wetsuits, swim skirts, bermuda shorts, regular clothing, full-coverage swimsuits, etc.).
Young children must wear swim diapers specifically designed for water use.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory.
Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times.
