In the French department of Landes, near Bordeaux, famous for its vast beaches and its generous gastronomy. This holiday park is located on the shores of Lake Soustons, 4.3 miles (7km) from the ocean.


 

Located in the heart of the pine forests of the Landes, on the shores of a 500-hectare lake classified as a national natural site, and 7 km from the ocean, Camping La Paillotte offers mobile home, faré and lodge rentals.


The campsite features a magnificent water park with 5 outdoor swimming pools, 1 paddling pool with a slide for children, 1 whirlpool, 1 pirate ship with paddling pool, and 3 water slides! In addition, you will enjoy an incredible Crazy Cone slide!


Just 30 minutes from the seaside resort of Hossegor, this region offers many water activities such as sailing and surfing, as well as nature activities with walks along the Moliets and La Prade ponds or Lake Soustons. It is also a region famous for its culinary traditions, such as Espelette and its chilli peppers. Finally, enjoy its many cycle paths and hiking trails.

With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.

No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.

 

 

On this campsite, the fun dose is blue, the campsite is lively.

From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
- The Clapou Club for 4–10 year olds welcomes your children 4 days a week from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 years old) meet at least once a week.
- Two or three activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised throughout the day. 
- Three big evening events are organised per week, we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.

In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2028.

Get ready for thrills on our many slides: multi-lane slides for wild races, and the impressive Crazy Cone that propels you into a funnel for maximum fun (min. height 1m20). Whether you're looking for adrenaline or just a refreshing dip, our dynamic pools promise hours of entertainment for all ages. 🏊

The little ones are not left out with two heated outdoor paddling pools, specially designed for them. Let your young sailors board the incredible Pirate Ship and its nooks, or safely slide down the Vipère slide, ideal for children under 6. This fun and secure area guarantees laughter and unforgettable memories for your children. Meanwhile, adults can relax and enjoy the sun on the nearby chairs, or treat themselves to a moment of pure well-being in our heated hot tub. 🌿

In need of a little 'you' time? Enjoy our hot tub for a few blissful moments. (Heated)

Wearing the wristband is mandatory.
Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times.
