The Palais de Gaufrette campsite is located in Rémering-lès-Puttelange in Moselle, amid the richly varying landscapes of the Grand Est region. The campsite stands on the banks of a lake. It proposes mobile home rentals for a weekend getaway or campsite holiday in France.
The Etang des Marais is a lake where you can fish. In the heart of the Grand Est region, within an hour of Amnéville Zoo, Metz and Bitche, the campsite makes a good base from which to explore Moselle. You'll also be able to visit Strasbourg, just an hour away from the campsite. During the Christmas period, you can take your pick from the most beautiful Christmas markets.
In summer, there’s the Saarland Therme (Germany) just 20 minutes away and, within 30 minutes, the very beautiful German town of Saarbrücken and the Maginot Line fortifications. You can take the family to visit the B’EST shopping and leisure centre, and the little shops in Puttelange-aux-Lacs (3km).

PEAK SEASON : The fun dose
People have different expectations when it comes to their holidays. Some prefer quiet holidays where they spend time with family and relax. Others prefer sports and a party atmosphere.
With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite, the fun dose is blue, the campsite is lively.
From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
- The Clapou Club for 4–10 year olds welcomes your children 4 days a week from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 years old) meet at least once a week.
- Two or three activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised throughout the day.
- Three big evening events are organised per week, we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2028.

The Spacebowl is a sensational slide where you will move swiftly down a path to arrive in a large bowl. The winner is the person who makes the most laps! (Minimum height requirement : 1m20)
For the little ones, there is a play island with water slides where they can have their very first sliding experience. This small island is perfect for children aged between 3 and 6 years old, as the shallow water allows children to safely walk in the ent
The Rafter is a slide with buoys. Face your fear in pairs and descend at full speed! From 6 years of age.

Please bring a swimsuit (brief or fitted boxer style). For hygiene reasons, long clothing is not allowed in the pools (shorts, underwear, wetsuits, swim skirts, bermuda shorts, regular clothing, full-coverage swimsuits, etc.).
Young children must wear swim diapers specifically designed for water use.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory.
Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times.
