Vlinderloo is a city campsite in the countryside! Grab a bike and enjoy the bustling city centre of Enschede, or stay at the campsite surrounded by nature if you need some peace and quiet. This campsite offers accommodation with a view of the beautiful fishpond.
Vakantiepark Vlinderloo is located in Enschede, in the beautiful Twente region. At this friendly family park you stay in comfortable accommodations, perfect for a relaxing holiday with the whole family.
For water fun, there is a solar-heated swimming pool and a paddling pool where young and old can enjoy the water. The park also features an indoor swimming pool and spectacular slides, including the popular Spacebowl, for even more swimming fun.
There is also plenty to do outside the water. The park has a fishing pond and several playgrounds spread across the grounds. From 10 July, children can also enjoy a new indoor playground, perfect for fun in any weather.
Good news for animal lovers: dogs are welcome at the park. In the accommodation overview you can easily see which accommodations allow you to stay with your four-legged friend.

With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.

From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
- The Clapou Club for 4–10 year olds welcomes your children 4 days a week from 10 a.m.–12 p.m. and from 3 p.m.–5 p.m.
- The Nobodys (11-17 years old) meet at least once a week.
- Two or three activity leaders are present on the campsite all summer. Sports tournaments and friendly entertainment are organised throughout the day.
- Three big evening events are organised per week, we will also surprise you with our top secret entertainment and the summer dance.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2028.
