The Les Grosses Pierres campsite invites you to visit the island of Oléron. Easily accessible by car via a 3 km bridge, this island has much to offer. Culturally, Oléron Island boasts a rich history marked by Viking invasions, religious wars, and Franco-English conflicts. It is renowned for its maritime tradition, festivals, local markets, and craftsmanship, particularly its seafood, including oysters.
Our campsite is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and outdoor relaxation! Discover a haven of holidays where pleasure and comfort meet. Our superb aquatic area invites you to relax with massaging benches and a spa area, while the more adventurous can slide down our 3 mega slides and enjoy our Aquaplash. Meanwhile, younger guests can safely have fun in the dedicated paddling pool. On-site, our restaurant, bar, and supermarket ensure you never miss anything, while our playgrounds and multi-sports fields are there for endless entertainment. Prepare for a multitude of exciting activities for an unforgettable vacation!

People have different expectations when it comes to their holidays. Some prefer quiet holidays where they spend time with family and relax. Others prefer sports and a party atmosphere.
With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite the Fun Dose is red. This means there is a lot of entertainment provided!
From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children 4 days a week, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.
-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 entertainers, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!
-Entertainment on French campsites starts from the 8th July (in French). On Dutchbox campsites the French animation team includes 1 Dutch speaking entertainer.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2026.
