Located in Fréjus, a 6-minute drive from St. Aygulf, the Rumba campsite invites you to enjoy a combination of relaxing on the beach of La Galiote, just 2km away, sunbathing in the rocky inlets of Anthéor on the Corniche d’Or, or a boat trip to the islands of Lérins from Cannes or Saint-Raphaël. Anything’s possible from this campsite! The campsite proposes mobile home and tent rentals.
The campsite features a lovely water park with a swimming pool and, for young children, a paddling pool. Its proximity to the Mediterranean Sea means you can also spend fabulous family days out at the beach.
You can explore inland in search of authenticity. The Verdon Gorges and the banks of Sainte-Croix Lake can be explored on foot, by canoe or in a pedalo and are just 1 hour and 40 minutes away by car. In the cooler hours, stroll in the narrow streets of the prettiest villages of Provence, like Tourtour, Salernes, Ampus, Cotignac or Callas, and soak up the atmosphere of Provence. The campsite makes the ideal base from which to visit the famous seaside resorts of Fréjus, St. Raphaël, Cannes, or the legendary St. Tropez! Under the Mediterranean sun, succumb to the temptation of visiting the perched villages of the Fayence region or exploring the Maures or Estérel mountains!

People have different expectations when it comes to their holidays. Some prefer quiet holidays where they spend time with family and relax. Others prefer sports and a party atmosphere.
With the Fun Dose, you can choose the right campsite for the whole family. There are four different entertainment levels: green, blue, purple, and red. The fuller the bottle, the more entertainment there is! If the potion vial is green or only half full, then there is little entertainment on site. If the vial is red or nearly full, plenty of entertainment is available.
No matter the level of the Fun Dose, the mini-clubs and participation in all activities are free of charge.
On this campsite the Fun Dose is red. This means there is a lot of entertainment provided!
From 6th July to 28th August 2026, we offer the following entertainment free of charge:
-The Clapou Club (4-6 years old) and Policator Club (7-10 years old) welcome children 4 days a week, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m. and from 3 p.m. until 5 p.m.
-The Nobodys (11-17 year olds) meet up twice a week.
-We offer evening entertainment 5 nights a week, 4 entertainers, aqua gym every morning and an almost non-stop super fun day and evening program until midnight!
-Entertainment on French campsites starts from the 8th July (in French). On Dutchbox campsites the French animation team includes 1 Dutch speaking entertainer.
In the Netherlands, we offer entertainment from 3rd July to 30th August 2026.

Children aged 2 to 6 will love the Patau-Splatch, a large, heated, and playful paddling pool. With its three fun slides, a huge water bucket, and multiple water jets, laughter is guaranteed! Older children will also find plenty to enjoy with numerous water slides for thrilling descents, including a turtle-shaped slide for even more playful moments. 🌿
Our dynamic entertainment team also offers aquatic activities and aquagym for a festive atmosphere and memorable souvenirs. Relax while the children have fun safely. Here, every day is a water party under the sun!

The grandiose landscapes of the Massif de l'Estérel (25 km), with its red rocks plunging into the Mediterranean Sea, are perfect for memorable hikes and panoramic views 🌿. Continue your exploration towards iconic destinations: the picturesque port of Saint-Tropez (32 km) and its charming streets, or Port Grimaud (33 km), the "Provençal Venice" with its canals and colorful houses.
A little further afield, the glamorous ambiance of Cannes (48 km), the world capital of perfume Grasse (53 km), and the charming old town of Antibes (58 km) with its historic ramparts await you. For nature lovers, the Gorges du Verdon and Lac de Sainte-Croix (81 km) offer breathtaking panoramas.

Young children must wear swim diapers specifically designed for water use.
Wearing the wristband is mandatory.
Children who cannot swim must wear armbands at all times.
